  Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

  The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  A complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for any return request.

  Returns without a clear, continuous unboxing video may not be approved.

  Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  

To request a return, contact our support team with your Order ID, photos, and unboxing video.

Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

  Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer after approval.

  Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  

An unboxing video is compulsory for claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items.
